DAY 7 FEAT. GIN & AQUAVIT

Well, well, well… We couldn’t not make a cocktail featuring both aquavit and a gin! How outrageous would that be for us? No need to answer that, it was rhetorical, and we’ve provided you a recipe that not only includes two fantastic Dampfwerk products but also supports a local (MN) and Wisconsin vendor! Ten points for the Dampfwerk team. Now, let us get into it.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Dampfwerk Aquavit

• 1 oz Dampfwerk London Dry Gin

• ½ oz Ginger tea simple syrup

• ½ oz Fresh lemon juice

• Top off with Top Note Grapefruit Mixer

• 3 ice cubes from MN Ice

• Garnish: Lemon slice

Directions

Slide your ice into your glass, and add all ingredients and give a little swirl with a chopstick (because a spoon can be clunky).
