London dry gin
A modern interpretation of a London Dry Gin with woodsy, resinous flavor notes. Our gin closely resembles all the aromatics of a forest. We are focusing on flavors of complex juniper, earthy angelica root, and fallen leaves aromatics from orris root.
Perfect for a gin and tonic.
Barreled Gin
A fresh, Minnesotan take on the classical juniper botanical blend, perfect for a Martini. Barreled aged in three different types of ex-wine barrels, French Oak and North American Oak.
After the barrel aging process, the key floral notes in the base gin come to the forefront (angelica and rose).
crane Gin
A floral gin inspired by an old German gin liqueur recipe, this gin hones in on flavors of rosemary, lavender, chamomile, juniper berries, and clove, with a slight herbal warmth on the back end.
Bringing these old and often forgotten recipes into current times is a hallmark of Dampfwerk’s product lineup. Not only is it a fascinating gin on its own as a neat pour, but it shines even more in a cocktail!
Aquavit
Our caraway Aquavit, often referred to as Kümmel at the Dampfwerk Distillery, is a Northern German representation of aquavit. Traditional with its golden hue, the infusion of bourbon adds warming, sweet, and savory notes.
