Day 9 cocktail quarantine. Another Friday night falls into our laps and we have no place to go. We created this cocktail to make it feel as if you are at your local cocktail lounge having a nightcap. Like deep, bitter, heavy flavors? Hi, hello, this one is for you! Nightcap sippers unite!

Ingredients

1 ½ oz Ramazzotti
½ oz Dampfwerk Pfeffersack
¼ oz Dampfwerk Barreled Gin
4 Dashes orange bitters

Directions

Build all ingredients into a mixing glass and add ice! Give a quick stir if you want it only chilled and slightly diluted. If you want to cut some of the residual sugar from the Ramazzotti, bitterness from the Pfeffersack, and dilute the Barreled Gin, then stir longer!

For the real experience, chill your glasses beforehand. It can be as simple as adding ice into the glass and some cold water while you make your cocktail.
