Floral Gimlet feat. crane gin
Gimlets are nothing new, but this one has been a mainstay on our menu… So, try this at home, folks!
Ingredients
2 oz Dampfwerk Crane Gin (the floral component)
¾ oz FRESH (and I mean it) lime juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
optional: Rishi Butterfly Pea Powder it will last you a lifetime! It’s what makes it purple.
Directions
Shake all ingredients together with ice, and strain into a glass of your choice! Garnish with a lime wheel, and cheers!
