THE JOY DIVISION FEAT. London Dry GIN

Giving credit when it’s due, I borrowed this recipe straight from Death & Co. Classic Cocktails book. I spent all morning dehydrating fruit for this cocktail that I am über confident that I am now a fruit specialist and will be adding that title to my resume.

Given that you now know SO much about this cocktail, I urge you to try this boozy, licorice, gin cocktail.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Dampfwerk London Dry Gin

1 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth

1/2 oz Cointreau

3 Dashes of Absinthe

1 Garnish with lemon

Directions

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a glass. Then garnish.
