-       1.5 oz Cocchi di Torino

-       1 oz Dampfwerk Helgolander

-       2 lemon slices

-       Ice

-       Top with Ginger beer

Directions

First, take your empty glass and place your 2 lemon slices and your sweet vermouth. Lightly muddle the lemon and vermouth together, then add Dampfwerk Helgolander, ice, and top with ginger beer! Uffda, you’re done.
