DAY 13 FEAT. Aquavit

Day 13 of cocktail inspo! This one is called the High Five from the Cocktail Codex. I picked it specifically because of its color, general mood, and ingredients. The sun is shining, the booze should be flowing, so here’s a recipe if you’re in the need for one!

Ingredients

• 1 ½ oz Dampfwerk Aquavit

• ½ oz Aperol

• 1 oz Grapefruit juice

• ½ oz Lime juice

• ¼ oz Simple syrup

Directions

Shake all ingredients with ice and staring into a glass. I reduced the simple syrup to ¼ oz, as I had fresh ingredients and wanted to curb the sweetness on this one and focus on the bitterness. But, to each their own! Prost.
