Akin to a cozy sweater…

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Dampfwerk grape brandy

  • ½ oz Dampfwerk haskap liqueur

  • 1 oz black tea oat milk

  • ¼ oz 2:1 honey syrup

  • ¼ dropper saline

  • 2 orange peels

Directions

Express one orange peel into a stirring container with all ingredients. Top with ice and stir to dilute! Pour over an ice cube and express another orange peel

Recipes

Black tea + oat milk

Following the directions on the tea container. Instead of using hot water, sub out the water for oat milk. Let it cool before using it for this recipe!

Honey Syrup

Heat up water to a boil. Following a 2-part honey to 1-part water ratio, add together and stir until dissolved.

Saline

20g salt

80ml water

Add ingredients and stir until dissolved. Store in a dropper and add it into all of your cocktails!
