During this week’s series, Daisy takes over the bar to create her winter home cocktail!
After explaining how she goes about drafting up cocktails, simpler was better, with key emphasis on certain flavor expressions. Daisy really wanted something that was fragrant and reminiscent of winter.
Ingredients
1 ½ oz London Dry Gin
½ oz Pfefferminz³ Peppermint Schnapps Liqueur
Tonic
Herb bundle: thyme, rosemary, sage
Optional: dusting of powdered sugar
Directions
This is a standard-ish G&T build! Add all of your ingredients into your glass, with ice, and top with tonic. This cocktail can handle some pretty flavorful tonics, so don’t be shy in venturing out of your Schweppes comfort zone!
Herb Bundle
Not very glamorous, but you can use kite string to tie together all of your herbs. Pre-bundle for your next party, or for your next drink :)
